Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 17.07.2026, issued by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla- 171001 and copy of office order dated 03.07.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), District Sirmaur at Nahan (HP), which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order dated 03.07.2026 reveals that the Principals of the concerned Schools, where the petitioners are presently working, have been directed 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 to fix the pay of the petitioners for the period they served on contract basis at the minimum revised pay scale along with such hike to which they are entitled to in terms of revised notification till their regularization, subject to the final outcome of LPA being filed by the State and other legal remedies. 3. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment dated 28.11.2025, passed in CWP No.18543 of 2025, titled, Aruna Bhardwaj and Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors. has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly closed. However, in case, the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners strictly as per the directions given by this Court within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
