At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner confines his prayer to the limited relief of seeking an expeditious disposal of Revenue Appeal Case No. 202406960100011/A-6/2023-24 pending before the respondent No.2, the Commissioner, Surguja Division, Ambikapur. 3. From perusal of record and looking to the nature of dispute, proper remedy available to the party seems to be a civil suit. However, 3 considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2/Commissioner Surguja Division, Ambikapur to decide the Revenue Appeal Case No. 202406960100011/A- 6/2023-24 within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/submission of copy of this order. 4. It is further observed that while deciding the aforesaid appeal, if it is found that there is title dispute between the parties, the concerned Commissioner may suggest the parties to avail remedy of civil suit. 5.
