Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 18.07.2026, issued by Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh and copy of order dated 12.06.2026, passed by the Dy. Director of School Education (Ele.), Shimla, Distt. Shimla- 171004, H.P., which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order dated 12.06.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.40,100/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023, titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 The DDO/Headmaster concerned has been directed to re-fix the pay of the petitioner and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 06.01.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.231 of 2026, titled, Rakesh Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
