Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent has produced a copy of office order dated 16.07.2025, issued by the Registrar, CSKHPKV, Palampur. The same is taken on record. 2. A perusal of office order reveals that the petitioner Chamel Chand, has been conferred work charge status w.e.f.01.01.2003. However, the financial benefits have not been paid to him. Since, the mandate contained in the judgment has been complied with thereby granting the work charge status w.e.f. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - 01.01.2003, the present execution petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3. However, it is made clear that in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of two months as per instructions, he shall be at liberty to revive the present execution petition.
