The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned transfer / posting order dated 04.06.2025 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the respondent no.5 and further be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work continue at her previous place of posting i.e. Govt. Primary School, Jagdalla Champa, Block Bamhanidih, District Janjgir-Champa in place of the private respondent. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose of this writ petition with the similar lines and terms as ordered in the case of Smt. Renuka Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others vide order dated 14.11.2025 in WPS No. 14642/2025 (ANNEXURE- P/11), as the ground of challenge in the present case is same as was in the said case, in the interest of justice. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as petitioner had not submitted any representation/appeal before the Committee constituted under the Rationalization Policy, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit representation before the concerned authority and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on the representation to be submitted at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is 3 only seeking a direction to submit representation before the concerned authority, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation before the concerned authority and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6. 6.
