The controversy in question has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ-A No. 19537 of 2022, (Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra vs. State of U.P. and 6 others ), decided on 05.10.2026. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (supra).
