The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025. It has been alleged that about 12 miscreants had looted an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- from the house of the informant. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of Mukesh Kiro. It seems that Rs. 3,200/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, but it has not been ascertained to be the looted money. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2025 and no T.I.P. has been held. Though, it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner has got 5 criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Mufassil P.S.
