GP FOR REVENUE 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.3050 of 2026 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 8. 2. The issuance of notice to the 9th respondent is dispensed with as no prejudice would cause to him, even if it is disposed of in his absence. 3. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in interfering in civil disputes and threatening that, they would cancel the petitioner's Settlement Deed No.22 of 2026 dated 05.01.2026 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Bukkapatnam (Now Penugonda SRO) and cancel the Revenue Records standing in the name of the petitioner all in respect of the land ad-measuring Ac.2.50 Cents situated in Sy.No.232/1 and Ac.1.50 Cents situated in Sy.No.230/C of Thurakalapatnam Village, Roddam Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District in the event, the petitioner fails to enter a settlement with the 9th respondent and record compromise in O.S.No.12 of 2021 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Penukonda. 4. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 5th respondent dated 02.02.2026 submits that after getting registration of the documents, the names of the vendees have been automatically mutated in the web land adangal. The revenue authorities have not involved in any mutations carried out in the web land adangals in connection with the transactions made by the writ petitioner. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.3050 of 2026 Further the authorities have not interfered in the civil disputes between the writ petitioner and the 9th respondent. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and recording the said instructions of the 5th respondent dated 02.02.2026, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The written instructions of the 5th respondent dated 02.02.2026 shall be made as part of the Court record. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
