OMP No.517 of 2026 The present application has been filed for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator under Section 29- A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It has been averred in the application that on an earlier occasion, the mandate was extended till 30.06.2026 vide order dated 09.01.2026. 2. It has been pointed out that arguments in the reference have concluded. Reference has been made to the order dated 04.06.2026 passed by the learned Arbitrator, directing that written submissions be filed as the Award already stands reserved. 3. Mr. H.S. Bhogal, learned Senior Counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that needful has already been done. 4. Accordingly, the application is allowed, and the learned Arbitrator is requested to conclude the arbitration proceedings by 30.09.2026. 5. The application stands disposed off accordingly. (G.S.
