At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that by way of present petition, the petitioner is challenging show cause notice dated 18.01.2025 (Annexure-P/2) and subsequent notice dated 06.02.2025 (Annexure-P/4). He further submits that earlier similar notices were issued to other lessees who had challenged those notices before the High Court and same were quashed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Thereafter, a fresh notice has been issued to the petitioners therein as well as to present petitioner on 26.12.2025, therefore, the impugned two notices have become redundant and now petitioner may challenge fresh notice dated 26.12.2025 issued to him. 3. In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recently the petitioner has received the notice dated 26.12.2025 and at this stage permission may be granted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition to challenge the notice dated 26.12.2025. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent would not oppose the aforesaid prayer. 3 5. Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty in favour of the petitioner as aforesaid. 6.
