It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there are dues in excess of approximately Rs. 7,00,000/- in respect of the subject meter at the premises of the petitioner. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they wish to pay the same in installments and have filed a representation dated 19.11.2024. The petitioner seeks consideration of their request to make payment of the outstanding dues in monthly installments. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 28714 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the Station Manager, the respondent no. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 2 19.11.2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.)
