Though as against the said order the present writ appeal has been filed, it is fairly submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellant that, before the writ appeal is moved, the Government of course subject to the outcome of the writ appeal, has decided to implement the order passed by the Writ Court which is impugned herein and accordingly an order has been passed on 20.03.2025, whereby such a benefit of conferring the status of selection grade and special grade has been extended to the writ petitioner, based on which he has been getting revised pension regularly. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, as no legal issue is involved in the present writ appeal to be agitated and decided, we are not inclined to entertain this writ appeal.
