Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed for non compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 16075 of 2024 dated 24.12. 2024. 2. The matter was listed on 16.07.2026 and on the said date, the learned Additional Advocate General had sought a day’s time to have instructions. Today, he has placed on record instructions dated 16.07.2026 along with other subsequent orders, whereby the Deputy Director, School (Elementary) Education, Bilaspur, H.P. has ordered for allowing of higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay structure to the petitioner after completion of two years regular service, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s Case. 3. Though, the learned Additional Advocate General has fairly conceded that the arrears have been remained to be paid to the petitioner and needful shall be done positively within eight weeks from today. 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the present petition in case any of her grievance remains unaddressed.
