This is an application for condonation of delay of 1665 days caused in filing the civil application for restoration of appeal. 2. Perused the application. Heard the learned advocate for the applicants. 3. It appears that the delay is caused because of death of the appellant and certain other reasons. However, in order to finally decide the lis on merits, the application for condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. As the delay was not caused deliberately, the same is condoned. The application is allowed, subject to the condition that all office objections shall be removed within two weeks, i.e., on or before 21.10.2026.
