It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the online portal the name of the petitioner is not reflected in respect of the land which belongs to the petitioner/his ancestors. He submits that in the Register-II name of the petitioner is appearing but the same is not entered in the online portal for which he has already approached the respondent no. 2-the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad. 3. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file representation before the respondent no. 2-the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad annexing all the documents along with the copy of this order. The respondent no. 2 in turn if finds that in the Register-II the name of the petitioner appears in respect of the land in question and there is no other legal impediment, name of 2026:JHHC:16379 2 the petitioner should also reflect in the online portal. If there is some genuine difficulty and there is legal impediment, the same should be communicated to the petitioner. 4. The entire process should be concluded within a period of four weeks. 5.
