Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri Bomminayuni Appa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the complaint dated 17.09.2025 submitted by the petitioner has not been registered by respondent No.4. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that after conducting a preliminary enquiry as contemplated under Section 173(3) of ‘the BNSS’, respondent No.4 found that the dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents is purely civil in nature and, therefore, could not proceed further with the complaint. 5. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his alternative and efficacious 4 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.3509 of 2026 Dated 09.02.2026 remedy before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate by way of filing a complaint under Section 190 read with Section 200 of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’/Section 210 read with Section 223 of ‘the BNSS’. 6.
