This Court vide interim order dated 05.11.2019 stayed the suspension order of the petitioner dated 05.10.2019 and now six years have passed and the interim order continued in favour of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the impugned suspension order dated 05.10.2019 is hereby quashed. However, the competent authority would be at liberty to proceed strictly in accordance with the law. 3.
