The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs: “for issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders commanding upon the respondent no. 4 to issue rent receipt after realization of the Revenue Tax payable to the State of Jharkhand and to dispose of petitioner’s application no. 1146/2025, which was received on 13.08.2025 and which is still pending before respondent no. 4 since 13.08.2025.” 3. . It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application is pending since 13.08.2025 before the Circle Officer, Giridih, who is not taking any decision. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Circle Officer, Giridih to dispose of the representation of the petitioner after considering all the records. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Circle Officer, Giridih is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner 2026:JHHC:16337 2 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, by passing a reasoned order. 5. Copy of the reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
