Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When the case was taken for consideration, in light of the fact that now the only issue is with regard to the non-payment of the revised family planning allowance to the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with the direction that with regard to this issue, the petitioner shall immediately approach the Authorities by way of representation within two weeks. Appropriate decision on the said representation of the petitioner in light of the averments made therein shall be passed expeditiously by the Authorities and not later than six weeks as from the date of receipt thereof. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is another issue and the same is that after the revision of the pension of the petitioner in terms of the recommendations of 6th Pay Commission, the petitioner was granted the revised pension of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:29438 Rs.4030/- only, whereas he was entitled to revised pension of Rs.4191/-. He submits that the Authorities may be directed to look into this issue with respect to the matter. It is observed that if this issue is also brought to the notice of the Authorities by the petitioner in this representation, the same shall also be decided in light of the contents of the recommendations of 6th Pay Commission. 3.
