1.
Heard the parties.
2.
It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the Government added minority institution, namely, Urdu Town Middle School, Chakradharpur, the Government fund is being misappropriated.
3.
The petitioner with the aforesaid allegation had earlier approached this Court in WP(S) No.3689 of 2021, which was disposed of on 06.06.2022, with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the authorities i.e., respondent No.4 who will look into the matter and take a decision.
4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the District Superintendent of Education took a decision and passed a reasoned
order, holding that there is no evidence of defalcation. The petitioner submits that the petitioner could not assist the District Superintendent of Education as he was unwell and thus an ex-parte
order has been passed, which needs to be set aside.

school and about the management of its fund. The District Superintendent of Education has taken a decision, after going through the records and has arrived at a conclusion that there is no defalcation of Government money.
6.
In my opinion, at this stage, this Court cannot interfere with the aforesaid order.
7.
However, if the petitioner has got sufficient material evidence to substantiate that there is misappropriation of Government fund, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the local Police Station with documents and lodge an F.I.R. or may approach the Lokayukta, if there are sufficient evidence to substantiate defalcation.
8.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands
disposed of.
