Vide a request letter dated 03.1.2026, learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge/District Judge, Durg (C.G.), has requested one month’s time for disposal of Session Case No.253/2024 pending before him for which a period of 5 months was granted by this Court vide order dated 04.08.2025 passed in MCRC No.4977/2025. Hence, it is requested that one months’ time further be granted for disposal of the said case. 3.
