Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment dated 28.05.2025 passed in CWP No.8879 of 2025, titled, Dharam Prakash vs. HPTDC and others has been complied with except the payment of revised arrears. 2. In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present petition at this stage, in view of the fact that the respondents- Corporation has filed a review petition in CWP No.4427 of 2023, titled, Tulsi Ram vs. HPTDCL and Ors., which is still pending adjudication and the liberty may be granted to the 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
