Again the matter was listed on 16.10.2025, on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, hence, the office was directed to place the entire records before the Court. 4. The matter was listed before the Court on 17.12.2025 and certain order was made. Today the matter is listed for orders regarding non compliance with office objections for the seventh time.
