Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Pleader for respondents has placed the instructions of the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services dated 07.04.2026. Along with instructions, he has also placed an order passed by the respondents on 07.04.2026. The said orders were handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. On perusal of the said orders, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition giving liberty to assail the order dated 07.04.2026 passed by the respondents. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to assail dated 07.04.2026 passed by the respondents in a separate proceedings.
