2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available to the petitioners under the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, for redressal of their grievance.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
