The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records as it relates to the case of the petitioners. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of seniority from the date of their initial appointment instead of the date of joining at the place of transfer in view of the decision of this Hon'ble Court in the case of Omkar Prasad Verma and others Vs. State of Chhattisgath and others, WPS No. 2263/2021) decided on 12.02.2025 3 and Anil Kumar and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others decided on 05.12.2025 in WPS No. 1681/2023. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to revise the gradation list and prepare the gradation list of Assistant Teacher (L.B.) afresh for promotion in view of the aforesaid decision i.e. Omkar Prasad Verma (WPS No. 2263/2021) and Anil Kumar (WPS No.1681/2023) (supra) within stipulated period. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner. ” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file better constituted petition. 3.
