This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- “a). issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to forthwith update the official website/database of NCTE with the correct particulars of the Petitioner-Institution; b). issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to This is a digitally signed order. Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the present matter is covered by an order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 16450/2025 dated 30.10.2025. 3. For the said reasons, issue notice. 4. On instructions, Mr. Kapoor, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the status of petitioner institution as recognized institution, upon verification, will be updated on the website of the National Council for Teacher Education (“NCTE”). 6.
