This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents, more particularly the 4th respondent and his subordinates in insisting the petitioner to vacate from her agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac.2.96 cents covered by Sy.No.749/2 situated in Lakkireddipalli Village and Mandal of Annamayya District, Erstwhile Kadapa District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 04.02.2026, submits that the 4th respondent and his subordinates are not insisting the petitioner to vacate the petitioner from her agricultural land in Sy.No.749/2 situated in Lakkireddipalli Village and Mandal, Annamayya District (erstwhile Kadapa District). The said written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 04.02.2026, shall be made as part of the Court record. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and recording the said written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 04.02.2026, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
