The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that she is similarly placed as the other co-accused persons, who has been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Crl.) No.13987/2025 in connection with the present case. 2. I have taken into account the case diary produced by the learned advocate for the State and I find that the present petitioner, Radha Bibi is similarly placed as Sentu Seikh. 3. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the same privilege be extended to the present petitioner. 4. As such, the learned Trial Court/Judge Special Court under the NDPS Act is directed to release the petitioner on bail on the same 2 terms and conditions as imposed upon the co-accused Sentu Seikh. 5. Accordingly, the CRM (NDPS) 1038 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of. 6. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 7.
