Petitioners in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 06.04.2026 (Annexure-1) passed by the Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in I.A. No.17 of 2026 (arising out of OREAT Appeal No.03 of 2026). 3. Since the Petitioners have a remedy of appeal under Section 58 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (for brevity, ‘the Act’), Mr. Bose, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a properly constituted appeal under Section 58 of the Act. 4. In view of such prayer, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn to enable the Petitioner to file an appeal under Section 58 of the Act. 5.
