[2026:RJ-JP:12972] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 4004/2026 Ali Qureshi S/o Sharif Qureshi, Aged About 35 Years, R/o Nai Ki Thadi, Delhi Road, Jaipur. ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Nitesh Dadhich For Respondent(s) : Ms. Arti Sharma, PP with Mr. Gaurav Gupta, AGA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 27/03/2026 1. The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No.271/2025 registered at Police Station-Hindon Sadar, District-Karauli for the offences under Section 112(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 13 of RPGO Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner has not been mentioned in the FIR. The FIR has, however, been registered against the co-accused, Vinod. Similarly situated co-accused, Amir Khan, was enlarged on anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 13.02.2026. The petitioner is ready to join and co-operate with [2026:RJ-JP:12972] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-4004/2026] the investigation, consequently, the anticipatory bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the fact of anticipatory bail of co-accused-Amir Khan and also that the petitioner is ready and willing to co- operate with the investigation of the case but without commenting anything on the merits/demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to allow the bail application of the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 482 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest of the Ali Qureshi S/o Sharif Qureshi, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
