Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo, which reads as under:
“The petitioner has filed the above revision petitioner challenging
Judgment passed in C.C.No.15776/2016 passed by XVI A.C.J.M and same is confirmed by the Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge in Crl.Appeal No.343/2020. The petitioner is accepted her liability and settled the matter and petitioner is ready to pay the cheque amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to respondent. The petitioner has already deposited sum of Rs.1,00,000/- before the trial court on 25.11.2022 as per the direction of this Hon’ble Court, and further the petitioner has to pay sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to respondent on or before August 2026. Wherefore the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to accept the

memo and pass orders accordance with law in the interest of justice.”
2. Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed of.
3. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
4. If the compensation amount as agreed in the memo not paid, the order of the learned Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court stands restored automatically.
