Romesh Verma, Judge (Oral): The present petition has been filed for non compliance of the judgment as passed by this Court in CWP No. 15825 of 2025 dated 08.10.2025. 2. The matter was listed on 16.07.2026 and on the said date, the learned Additional Advocate General had sought a day’s time to have instructions. Today, he has placed on record instructions dated 16.07.2026 along with other subsequent orders, whereby the concerned Deputy Director, School Education (Elementary), Chamba, H.P. has ordered for allowing of higher pay scales in the concerned level of pay structure to the petitioners after completion of two years 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma’s Case. 3. Though, the learned Additional Advocate General has fairly conceded that the arrears have been remained to be paid to the petitioners and needful shall be done positively within eight weeks from today. 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be closed with liberty to the petitioners to revive the present petition in case any of their grievance remains unaddressed.
