Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s):- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authority to reinstate the services of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2025 in light of circulars and law. 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs in favour of petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deem fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the Petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Multipurpose Health Worker Male (Grade-III) on the pay scale of 5,200-20,200+GP 2,200 vide order dated 03.06.2013. Petitioner thereafter continuously worked till 04.10.2022 with utmost sincerity, dedication and honesty. Mother of petitioner died in the year 2022 and thereafter petitioner also suffered medical ailment of Lumber Spondylitis, and due to mental agony, he submitted an application for resignation on 04.10.2022 and deposited one month salary. After sometime realizing that he can able to discharge his duties assigned by the authorities submitted an application for reinstatement, however, till date no decision has been taken on the 3 representation/application submitted by petitioner on 30.06.2025, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.5 to consider and take decision on the application submitted by petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit fresh comprehensive representation and direction be issued to State authorities to take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner along with pending representation. 5. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, nature of grievance raised, without entering into merits of the case this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation and if such representation is submitted, concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner along with pending representation in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
