HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIPIN GUPTA Judgment / Order 29/01/2026
1. Without joining the issue on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner only seeks an innocuous prayer for a direction that the rent application for eviction pending since the year 2023, may be ordered to be decided, as early as possible.
2. Considering the said fact, the present Civil Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction that the learned Rent Tribunal may decide the rent application as early as possible, keeping in view the provisions of Section 15(5) of the Rent Control Act, 2001.
3. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
