As the same has not been done, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents-BBMP to consider the request of petitioner and take appropriate action against the constriction put up by respondent no.4. 2. Learned counsel for respondent no.4 is absent. 3. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3-BBMP, now GBA upon instructions, submits that they will consider the request of petitioner and take appropriate action against the construction put up by respondent no.4.
