It is the case of the petitioner that plot nos. 430, 431, 434, 445, 462, 451, 642, 670 and 643 of J.B. No. 26, situated at Mauza Rampur, Thana No. 581, PS Rikhiya, Sub-Division and District Deoghar belongs to the petitioner. Recently a board of Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been affixed over the said land which gives an impression that the land belongs to CBI. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBI submits that the land in question is subject matter of investigation. 4. Be that as it may, the petitioner should approach the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar who will make a proper enquiry and come to a conclusion as to whether the land belongs to the 2026:JHHC:16355 2 CBI or not. If the land does not belong to the CBI, the CBI cannot be allowed to utilise the said land but if the said land is subject matter of any investigation of Deoghar Land Scam, the board which has been affixed should clearly mention that the land is subject matter of any FIR or any investigation and does not belong to the CBI. 5. The entire process should be concluded within a period of eight weeks. 6. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
