Petitioner was an employee of Cooperative Cane Development Union, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar, who retired on 30.04.2025. Since amount of gratuity, amount of leave encashment and amount of provident fund has not been released to him, therefore, he has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr. Manav Sharma, learned counsel for Cooperative Cane Development Union submits that due to financial crunch, aforesaid retiral dues could not be released. He assures that upon commencement of crushing season, entire dues of the petitioner would be released, as early as possible. 4. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for respondent no.3, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Secretary, Cooperative Cane Development Union, Sitarganj, District Udham Singh Nagar to clear all pending dues of the petitioner, including gratuity, leave encashment and provident fund within six months’ from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
