After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a change in circumstances as one, Gulab Khan, who though not a party to this petition, had earlier obtained an ex parte order from this Court, by misrepresenting certain facts since he wanted to represent himself as a candidate for elections for the post of Lambardar. Subsequently, he withdrew that petition, as a result, he has created a situation that has made order dated 28.02.2023 passed by this Court inoperable. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, submits that in view of the changed circumstances, he would like to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh. Statement so made is taken on record. 03. Given the submissions made, the writ petition, bearing WP(C) No. 451/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn along with connected application(s), with liberty to file afresh, if need persists.
