There is dispute between the petitioner and the Central Coalfields Limited in respect of some contractual work. 3. Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-CCL submits that the Coal India Limited has taken a decision and formulated a scheme for settlement of dispute of contract. As per the said scheme, time frame has also been fixed for resolution of the dispute. The Scheme provides resolution by way of adjudication and mediation. 4. Counsel for the respondent-CCL is ready to resolve the dispute between the petitioner and the Central Coalfields Limited. 5. As per the said scheme, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is also agree to resolve the dispute. 6. Considering the fact that both parties are agree to resolve their dispute as per the said scheme, the petitioner should approach the respondent No.2- General Manager, Central Coalfields Limited, Barka Sayal, Ramgarh within a period of three weeks from today, who will ensure to resolve the dispute in terms of the scheme formulated by the Coal India Limited for settlement preferably within the stipulated time frame. 7.
