Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 present and he submits that the petitioners have filed the present petition challenging the notices issued by the respondent No.2-Karnataka Medical Council produced at Annexures 'A' and 'A1' calling upon the petitioners to furnish the reply on the complaint filed against them. 4.
