1. By way of the present appeal, the appellants seek setting aside of the
order dated 27.03.2026 passed in the matter titled ‘Kanwarjeet Singh Kochhar HUF v. Platinum Hotels and Restaurant LLP & Ors.’, C.S. (DJ) No. 648/2025, by the learned District Judge-06 (South), Saket Courts, New This is a digitally signed order. 2. After arguments on the last date of hearing, time was sought by the
learned counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5 to take instructions.
3. Today, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, on instructions, submits that vide the impugned order only interim directions were passed and since the subject application under Order 39 Rule 1 &2 alongwith other applications is coming up for consideration before the learned Trial Court on 10.04.2026, the answering respondents have no objection if the impugned order is set aside.
4. Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside with the consent of the respondents, the directions regarding freezing of the said bank account(s) are also set aside.
5. However, it is clarified that the same is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of any of the parties, and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
6. The present appeal alongwith the pending applications is disposed of.
