WP No. 10888 of 2026 ORDER This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. 2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner’s appeal dated 16.07.2025 pending on the file of the respondents 2 and 3. 3. Mr. C. Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s appeal dated 16.07.2025 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents 2 and 3 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court by adhering to the principles of natural justice. 5. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 6.
