For the respondent(s): Mr. Harsh Preet Singh, AC to GP-V ------ 14/09.06.2026 During course of arguments, it has been submitted that 80% of the dues has already been paid to the petitioner. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that rest dues amount i.e. 20% has not been paid to the petitioner for one grounds and others. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that some documents were sought for from the petitioner and once the said documents are handed over by the petitioner to the respondents, they can process for payment of rest amount of dues of 20%. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got only the photocopy of the documents as the originals were already earlier submitted to the respondents which have been misplaced by the respondents. 5. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to provide photocopy of the documents duly attested by the authorized persons of the petitioner-trust and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to take a decision in respect of release of balance amount of 20% to the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the same, the same should be disbursed to the petitioner as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of attested photocopy of the documents. If any part of the amount is withheld, the reasons thereof should also be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 6.
