Mr. Rajat Chauhan, learned Assistant Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking his transfer outside the tribal area on account of the fact that he has already completed his normal tenure. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Competent Authority and the Competent Authority be directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, more so, in light of the fact that the petitioner has to superannuate within a year. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 4. As prayed for, this petition is disposed of with direction that representation (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioners be decided by the Competent Authority within a period of six weeks from today. If, the petitioner has completed his normal tenure in the tribal area, then he be transferred to a station of his choice or some other nearby station. The factum of his nearing superannuation be also taken into consideration while deciding his representation. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
