Ms. Shivani Jaluka, AC to A.S.G.I. ------ Order No.02 Dated-10-06-2026 Heard the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner files a Supplementary Affidavit. Let the same be kept in the record. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.04 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 8 (c) read with Section 20 (b) (ii) (C)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. This is the third journey of the petitioner with the self-same prayer as earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner were dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 16.12.2025 in B.A. No.9750 of 2025 and vide order dated 05.05.2026 in B.A. (Filing) No.908 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court towards the said Supplementary Affidavit and submits that so far four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution including the Assistant Director and the Inspector of N.C.B. as well as the Assistant Sub Inspector of Kuru Police Station on the date of occurrence, who had since been promoted as sub Inspector and the Chowkidar of Kuru Police Station but none of them have taken the name of the petitioner to implicate him in this case. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. Drawing attention of this Court towards para-07 of the instant bail application, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is then submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and that he will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 08.04.2025 as has been mentioned in para-12 of the instant bail application. Hence it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned counsel appearing for Union of India opposes the prayer for bail. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-N.D.P.S. Judge, Lohardaga in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.04 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case, furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and will not annoy or disturb the witnesses of the case in any manner during the trial of the case.
