Impeadment Application No. 2 of 2026 The present impleadment application is filed for impleadment of a person who is a party before the court below. This Court does not consider it necessary at this stage to implead the aforesaid person. Accordingly, the impleadment application is rejected. Order on Petition Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. The petition is filed with the following prayers:- "i) Direct the court below to expedite the hearing of the Misc. Case No. 203 of 2022 under section 127 of Cr.P.C. Paper No. 3K/1 (Shatrunjay Rai Versus Vaishnavi Rai) pending from 19.12.2022 before the court of Principal Judge Family Court, Azamgarh. ii) Direct the court below, the Principal Judge Family Court, Azamgarh that the effect and operation of the order dated 29.07.2026 passed in Execution Case No. 526 of 2026 (Babita Versus Shatrunjay) may be kept in abeyance in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an application dated 19.12.2022 being Paper No. 3K/1 which is pending consideration before the trial court in the execution proceedings and the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Awadhesh Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Shatrunjay Rai .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) same may be directed to be decided. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge Family Court, Azamgarh to decide the Misc. Case No. 203 of 2022 under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. Paper No. 3K/1 (Shatrunjay Rai Versus Vaishnavi Rai) pending from 19.12.2022, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
