GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action on the part of Officials of Respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with civil dispute with respect to Petitioners Cattle Shed Hayrick Yard in Survey No 335D admeasuring an extent of Ac 007 Cents situated at P Kottalapalli Village Peddavaduguru Mandal Anantapur District there by making a demand to Petitioners to relinquish their rights over Cattle Shed Hayrick Yard in favor of 5th Respondent as illegal arbitrary and consequently direct the Officials of Respondents 3 and 4 to not to call the Petitioners for resolving any civil dispute with respect to Cattle Shed Hayrick Yard in Survey No 335D admeasuring extent of Ac 007 Cents situated at P Kottalapalli Village Peddavaduguru Mandal Anantapur District and to pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri N. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are unnecessarily interfering in a civil dispute relating to the petitioners’ Cattle Shed Hayrick Yard in Sy. No.335- 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.3139 of 2026 Dated 05.02.2026 D, admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.07 cents, situated at P. Kottalapalli Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Ananthapuram District, and are pressurising the petitioners to give up their rights in favour of respondent No.5. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the respondent police received a PGRS from respondent No.2 vide C.No.196/PGRS/2026 dated 19.01.2026. Upon receipt of the PGRS petition, respondent Nos.3 and 4 called the petitioners only for the purpose of conducting a preliminary enquiry. In the enquiry, it was revealed that a civil dispute is pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 not to call further the petitioners, at the behest of respondent No.5, further with regard to the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondent No.5. 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
