Issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the Respondents to consider and decide, by way of a reasoned order, the pending application for a transit permit under the Basel Convention Notification No. AE 25-0036, within 4 weeks; b. In the alternative to prayer (a), issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, commanding Respondent No. 1 to provide any comments to the Petitioner within 2 weeks regarding any concerns about their application, and make a decision regarding the same within 2 weeks from the This is a digitally signed order. Having heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this Court directs the competent authority to treat this petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of six weeks from date, under intimation to the petitioner and this Court. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, in case the need so arises, by way of filing a fresh writ petition. 6.
