Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s) /direction(s) to direct therespondents to grant time bound pay scale to the petitioner (Class- IV Employee) after completion of 10/20 years in service as per circular dated 04.08.2010;. 10.2. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s) /direction(s) to the respondents to re-calculate and grant pension and other retiral dues by granting time bound pay scale along with arrears arising therefrom; 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s), in facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is entitled for arrears along with interest @ 10% per annum on the arrears which remained unpaid to the petitioner; 10.4 Any other relief/ reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already completed 17 years of service after regularisation; however, he was not granted the time pay scale upon completion of 10 years of service. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the competent authority, i.e., respondent No. 5, and therefore, a direction be issued to the concerned authority/respondent No. 5 to consider and decide the pending representation at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without entering into the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, directing respondent No.5 to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
